When submitting your  invoice please  note the following:-

Your invoice must include the following information please:-

  • Our booking reference which is quoted for each booking and is shown on every e mail. This starts CCV or FFP
  • The number of covers being charged for and the number of FOC
  • The date of booking
  • The unit price per person (including VAT)
  • The amount of VAT shown separately - NOTE THAT VAT IS PAYABLE ON NON DISCRETIONARY SERVICE CHARGE.
  • The restaurant address or branch details if applicable
  • Your invoice number
  • Date of invoice
  • Payment due date
  • Our Address which is-

Note: if you are invoicing for multiple groups it is fine to detail each booking on a separate excel spreadsheet and sumbit one invoice with backup attached.

Finally, please don't forget to include your bank details so that we can make the payment.Please note that if your invoice does not contain the above it may be returned to you for clarification.

Please note:-  Should you process this bill or invoice incorrectly by charging our client directly for any unauthorised items we will seek compensation for any loss to us arising from your error.
