Please also note that a pre-order will be required for this group at least 7 days in advance unless otherwise agreed and should consist of one starter, main course and dessert for the entire group. We would also ask you to advise us of any dietary requirements at this stage.

DRINKS
Please note that if you require drinks to be added to your pre order or billed back then a surcharge of no more than 15% will apply.

CHARGES
If you are based outside of the UK please remember to add the cost of payment to us in GBP as all prices are for the restaurants only.

We are not currently holding this space so please let me know if you would like me to make a reservation for you. Please see below for cancellation and additional terms of booking.

Cancellations and Liability

Cancellations will be charged in full if made with 7 days notice or less and an administration fee may also apply

Liability

If a booking is cancelled by the venue due to reasons beyond our control or acts of force majeure, we shall have no liability towards you. Any monies paid will be refunded and we shall do our outmost to find an alternative solution, however this cannot be guaranteed.

Capital Centric acts as an agent/intermediary between the supplier (the restaurant) - and the client (the tour operator/ground handler) and is under no legal liability whatsoever for any damage, loss or injury which may be incurred. Any prices or offers submitted to you are made for and on behalf of Capital Centric only.

In accepting our offer for a reservation you are also accepting our terms and conditions of booking as stated here.
